As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers in Europe and North America. You will work with the Head of CS, other CSM and with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

● Build strong Serve as the primary point of contact for North America customers, developing trusted relationships
● Understand customers' business needs and provide guidance on how we can address their challenges
● Collaborate with customers to define and track key success metrics
● Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within the customer base with the sales team
● Monitor customer health, identify risks, and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
● Lead the onboarding process for new customers, guiding them through implementation and setup
● Advocate for customer needs within the organization
● Gather customer feedback and insights, providing valuable input to our product team
● Ensure timely issue resolution on support requests

Requirements :

● 🇬🇧 Fluent English written/spoken (you will talk to 🇺🇸 customers)
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
● 5 years of experience in digital project management or customer service with large accounts
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Proven track record of driving customer success, adoption, and retention
● Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
● Self-motivated and proactive
● Availability for occasional travel within Europe and North America
● Understanding of the SaaS business model and experience working with tech people is a plus
● Familiarity with CRM software and customer success tools is a plus
