As a Senior Dev / Software Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and shaping our software architecture, ensuring its scalability, reliability, and performance as we continue to scale our business.
You will work with the CTO and act as the technical advisor for other devs. You will also participate in product functional/technical discussions with Product Owners.

Responsibilities :

● Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business reqs and translate them into scalable solutions
● Define and document software architecture aligned with our product roadmap and business objectives.
● Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools.
● Identify areas for improvement & performance bottlenecks, and implement innovative solutions.
● Implement effective monitoring and performance measurement strategies.
● Review technical designs and code, ensuring adherence to best practices.
● Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements :

‍

● 🇬🇧 A good level of English is essential (if you can read this, you can probably apply)
● 7 years of experience as a developer or similar role in a software development environment
● Strong expertise in designing scalable, distributed systems and microservices architecture.
● Knowledge of different clean code architecture (hexa, onion...)
● Expertise with testing methods (unit, integration, e2e..)
● Proficiency in cloud computing platforms and associated services
● Familiarity with DevOps principles and tools for automated build, deployment, and CI/CD pipelines
● Experience with Agile development methodologies and full software development lifecycle
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
