The Founder and CEO of two companies, he first introduced Net Promoter Score to the franchising industry, scaling the company to over 40,000 SMB customers, leading to its acquisition. The second being GTRSUITE that has now helped his customers generate $100’s of millions in B2B revenue.Prior to his entrepreneurial adventures, he was EMEA Managing Director of CDC Software, a publicly traded software company, Steve managed a $65 million P&L, 460+ staff. And at Satmetrix, he led the global sales organization as EVP.
